Please read before proceeding to booking.

We've moved to a new online booking system. This page books virtual appointments with the Terra Nova Telemedicine Clinic only.

If this is a medical emergency, do not book online. Please go directly to the nearest Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) or hospital emergency department in your area, or call 911.

Current Terra Nova patients and walk-in patients are welcome to book here, as long as the concern is within the safe scope of telemedicine care.

Booking with the Telemedicine Clinic for the first time? Please register as a new patient. The Telemedicine Clinic keeps its own patient registry, so even if you are a current Terra Nova patient at another one of our locations, you still need to register as a new patient if you have not been registered with the Telemedicine Clinic before. This is expected with the new system and does not affect your care or your records with us. Once your account has been created, your existing patient file will be synced to the Telemedicine Clinic, so your records will be available to the provider you see.

Have you been seen through the Telemedicine Clinic before? You can book as a returning patient. If you are still getting an error, please email us at appointments@terranovamedical.ca and we will help you book with one of our telemedicine providers.

Before you book, please make sure the following are complete and correct:

• Phone number. This is how we will contact you for your appointment.
• Email address. This is how we send you documents such as prescriptions and requisitions.
• Mailing address. This is required for documents we send out, including forms and referrals.

Please also note:

• Our telemedicine providers do not attach patients. They cannot attach you to a family doctor and are not able to help with attachment in any way. If you are looking to be attached to a family doctor, please continue to our clinic locations page and contact the clinic nearest to you to be added to their existing waitlist.
• Telemedicine has limitations. Not every concern can be properly assessed or treated in a virtual visit. Our providers may cancel an appointment that is deemed not appropriate for telemedicine.
