For the best continuity of care, we encourage you to book with your regular provider whenever they are available. Seeing the same clinician helps ensure your history, ongoing plans, medications, and follow-ups are managed consistently over time.

If the timing does not work for you, your provider is away, or your concern is urgent, appointments with other clinicians and our telemedicine team are available to support timely access to care.

• To Book With Your Regular Doctor: Select your doctor’s specific clinic location and book under their name.
• Patients Without a Family Doctor: Eligible BC patients without a family doctor may also book through the Rapid Access Telemedicine.
