Dr. Julie Wilson is the CEO and Medical Director of Terra Nova Medical, where she is driven by a passion for healthcare innovation and creating supportive, thriving workplaces. Her mission is to raise the standard of primary care services, improve healthcare accessibility and inclusivity, and address the shortage of primary care practitioners in BC. Under her leadership, Terra Nova Medical Clinics has achieved notable nominations and recognition, including the Business Leadership Award, the Small BC Business Impact Award, and the People's Choice Award. The organization was also honored as one of the Best Workplaces Managed by Women in 2024 and received the Outstanding Workplace of the Year 2022 from the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.
