Terra Nova Medical Clinics is transitioning to Arya EHR, a new Electronic Medical Record system, in phases. During an EMR transition, patient chart information, documents, lab-result connections, fax workflows, and booking tools are carefully transferred, reviewed, and validated to support continuity of care.
Some clinics now use a new ARYA online booking link as part of our transition to Arya EHR. Please select your clinic below and use the booking button on that card to book with the correct location.

Please read carefully before booking your appointment.
Please book only ONE appointment per day, regardless of which doctor or clinic location you are booking with. Multiple appointments on the same day are not permitted.
Please enter your full legal name, date of birth, valid Personal Health Number (PHN), and email address accurately. Your name, date of birth, and PHN should match the information on your BC Services Card.
If you need to change or cancel an existing appointment, please cancel or reschedule your existing appointment rather than booking a second appointment.
If you are unable to find an appropriate appointment online, please contact the clinic for assistance rather than booking multiple appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, appointments may occasionally be delayed. Please allow up to 1 hour from your scheduled appointment time.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
A $75 fee may be charged for missed appointments (no-shows) or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow the above guidelines.
We do not attach patients. Our telemedicine providers cannot attach you to a family doctor or assist with patient attachment. Appointments booked for this reason will be cancelled.
Controlled medications are not prescribed or re-prescribed through our Telemedicine Group. Please contact your own family doctor or regular prescribing provider for these requests.
Not all concerns are appropriate for virtual care. Some physical symptoms or medical concerns require an in-person examination. If the provider determines that your concern cannot be safely assessed through telemedicine, your appointment may be cancelled or you may be redirected to appropriate in-person care.
Respectful behaviour is required. Terra Nova Medical has a Zero Tolerance Policy for abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour toward our providers and staff. For current Terra Nova patients, the conduct expectations acknowledged during the attachment process also extend to interactions with our Telemedicine Group, even when the telemedicine provider is not your attached family physician.
Serious or repeated violations may result in the appointment being ended and/or restrictions on future bookings with the Telemedicine Group following clinic review.
