Aggressive behaviour, and any form of verbal or physical abuse to our employees will not be tolerated. Staff members have the right to be treated kindly and respectfully with dignity at any given time, without the risk of endearing threatening behaviour and violence.

• Violence or acts of aggression
• Excessive noise, e.g. recurrent loud or intrusive conversation or shouting
• Disregard of clinical infection control procedures, e.g. not wearing masks as requested, purposely coughing on other patients or staff members etc.
• Threatening and/or abusive language including, but not limited to;
  • Excessive swearing
  • Derogatory racial and/or sexual remarks
  • Malicious allegations pertaining to members of staff, patients or visitors
• Offensive sexual gestures and/or behaviour
• Abuse of alcohol and/or other substances on clinic premises
• Wilful damage to clinic property
• Threats or any threatening behaviour, harassment
• Theft of clinic property
