Dr. Julie Wilson has been a huge advocate for Nurse Practitioners being integrated into her family practice clinic and has created opportunities to help collaboration between NPs and GPs. She has been an excellent mentor and made herself available for questions/consults on an as-needed basis, and has been really encouraging and supportive of collaborative practice. She makes a lot of effort to ensure providers are comfortable and that they feel supported. She has also been open to feedback regarding ideas around the clinic and has been very empowering in this regard. She has been a great clinic leader.
