We are pleased to inform you of key updates to our online booking process. Please review the following guidelines before proceeding:
Booking With Your Primary Care Provider
Essential Booking: Appointments must be made with your designated primary care provider (Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner). Bookings with other practitioners may be cancelled without notice.
Telemedicine Appointments
Remote Availability: Our doctors may work remotely on certain days. For telemedicine (phone) appointments, please book under your provider’s telemedicine account (e.g., Telemedicine Dr. Wilson or Telemedicine NP Linda Yang). For in-person visits, use their regular booking account.
Appointment Wait Times
Team-Based Care: We strive for high-quality, timely care through a team-based approach. If you’re unable to see your designated provider, an appointment with an associate may be offered. Our goal is sustainable, quality care for all patients. For urgent needs, contact us via call or email (support@terranovamedical.ca).
Pharmacy Services
Minor Ailments & Contraception: Pharmacists can assess and treat conditions like allergies, cold sores, and more. They can also prescribe various forms of contraception, including IUDs and implants (note: clinic visit required for insertion).
